Cancellation Policy

For Prescription Lenses ( such as Prescription Eyeglasses & Sunglasses & Zero powered eyeglasses, Blue-filter glasses), Special order Contact Lenses & Color Toric Lenses.

Order can be cancelled only before we process your order. We always try to deliver your products as quick as possible and for that purpose, we start processing your order as soon as we receive them.So if you want to cancel an order, contact us at e-store@opticone.ae within 2 hours of the order placement. Acceptance of the cancellation requests post this time, will be completely at the discretion of OpticOne team based on the status of the order. 

For orders of Frames, Sunglasses, accessories and Contact Lenses that doesn’t require a special order.

You have to notify us before you receive the item dispatch confirmation by mail. When done before the dispatch, there will be no charges and the payment will be refunded to you through the original mode of payment.  If your order dispatch confirmation was already sent, then the item will have to be received and then return process has to be initiated. 

Please note, it might take up to 4-7days for the refund transfer to be completed.
