1What is your shipping policy?
For all orders above AED 149, we offer free shipping across UAE. However, please note that a minimum order value of AED 60 is required for a successful checkout. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the UAE at this time
2Can I ship items to a different address as a gift?

3What payment methods do you accept?
We offer convenient payment options to make your shopping experience smooth. You can securely pay for your purchases using Mastercard and Visa cards. Additionally, we provide flexible payment plans through Tabby installments and Cashew installments. Please note that while Cash on Delivery is available for most products, it may not be available for certain items
4Do you offer a warranty on your eyewear products?
We offer a 1-year warranty for any manufacturing defects on frames and sunglasses, excluding products on final sale/clearance sale. Specialized products such as prescription sports goggles, prescription safety goggles and prescription swim goggles are excluded from warranty.
