Delivery / Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and inform you about the tentative delivery time it might take. If you are willing to wait, we will process the order , and if you are not, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Arab Emirates*. Any Shipments outside UAE is not available at this time.
- Deliveries at some remote locations are not covered by the courier partners. in that case, we will inform you and refund the full amount, unless otherwise agreed.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Saturday to Thursday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Friday.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
For Eyeglasses & Sunglasses, if the total order amount is AED 150 or more, delivery is free of charge.
For Contact Lenses, we will charge you a small shipping fee of AED 10 for single box contact lens orders. if you order more than one (1) box of contact lenses, the delivery will be free of charge.
We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Hence an extra COD charge of AED 10 is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment.
Please note once again that we don’t ship to outside UAE.
