Home Try-Out Service
Our Home Try-Out service allows you to try our prescription sports goggles and prescription swim goggles from the comfort of your home. Here’s how it works:
How It Works
- You can select up to 5 styles for sports goggles or 2 styles for swim goggles to try at home.
- We will collect a security payment equal to the price of the highest-priced product (frame + lenses) and an additional AED 40 as the home try-out charges.
- The AED 40 home try-out charges are non-refundable.
- Payment is made securely via a payment link provided to you.
- We will dispatch the selected samples to your home for you to try.
What Happens After You Try
- Once you select a product:
- If the selected product is lower-priced, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- If the selected product is higher-priced, you will need to pay the balance.
- If none of the products are selected, the full security payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Our courier will pick up the sample products after your selection.
- We will process your order, and the final product will be delivered to you free of charge.

Terms & Conditions
- Optic One is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the try-out session. It is your responsibility to ensure that the try-out session takes place in a safe environment.
- we might ask you for a copy of your glass-prescription and copy of EID before confirming the try-out.
- By scheduling a try-out session with Optic One, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- The samples must be handled with care and used solely for the purpose of assessing size and fit.
- In case of any damage to or loss of samples or their parts, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the security payment.
- This service is available exclusively to residents of the UAE.
