Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us.

For products purchased online (from opticone.ae) , you can raise a return /refund/exchange request within 7 days of the receipt of the products. Please make sure the following conditions are met before raising the request.

  • The product must be unused, clean, not damaged, and complete in all of its parts and accessories.
  • Lens boxes and the original packing must be unopened, sealed, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition.
  • can be sent back to us only after you have received a confirmation from us  once you have filled the Return Request Form
  • The complete goods must be returned without any missing components.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
  • Ensure that the returning product is appropriately packed and sealed before sending as any damage in transit will continue to be your responsibility and this policy will cease to be applicable.
  • Prescription lenses are manufactured based on specific individual requirements and are, therefore, not eligible for returns. Only the frames qualify for a possible refund. This condition applies whenever a pair of prescription lenses is involved in the order, regardless of the product.

Return of Contact Lenses

Contact lenses can be returned only if you received a wrong power. (Either sent a wrong power by us, or you have ordered a wrong power). However, contact lenses will not be exchanged/refunded if the package is opened, in any case.

Price of returns

The customer bears responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) ordered incorrectly or no longer needed. However, if Optic One is deemed to be at fault as the seller, any costs for returning will be covered.

Modes of refund

Refunds will be given through the original mode of payment. For COD orders, we are unable to provide cash refunds . Instead, a store credit will be added to your account, which can be used for future purchases. It might take 8-14 working days to reflect the refund in your statement.

Return Process

  • Click on ‘Login” at the top right tap bar and login.
  • Click ‘Request Return’ against the respective order.
  • Fill in the “return request form” with all details, attach pictures if necessary and submit.
  • Our courier service will collect the products within 3-4 working days. The courier charges might be deducted from the total refund based on the “Price of return” points mentioned.
  • Once we receive the returned items, they will be carefully inspected, and a refund will be initiated if the return is approved.

Product Exchange

If you just want to exchange the product/s , please reach out to us at e-store@opticone.ae, and tell us the product that you want in return. We will deliver it to your address for free and pick up the original product from your location. The products can be exchanged only within 7 days of purchase of the original product, and can be done only once. If the product is exchanged once, no further exchange, return or refund will be done. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value.
