Exchange & Return Policy

Optic One Opticals holds non-refund policy. We offer a 7 days ( 1 week ) exchange policy.

We want to make sure that you will be completely satisfied with every purchase. But if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please e-mail all exchange requests to info@opticone.ae. You have to return the UNUSED item to be exchanged with the original packaging and in its original condition.

In order to initiate a return/exchange, please contact us on info@opticone.ae with the relevant details. Once the return is approved, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service . Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you through email that the returned item is received. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cash or card refunds are only available for products that are being returned for a manufacturing defect. Refunds for products which are not having any manufacturing defect will only be available as in-store credits or online coupons. This includes products being returned for size incompatibility ,aesthetic reasons or simply you didn’t like the product.

Refunds, if any, will be done only through the Original Mode of payment

The sunglasses or Frames you wish to return for exchange must be sent back to us without damage and with complete of all its parts and accessories. Return of contact lenses & ophthalmic lenses is not possible after purchase as the items fall under the medical product category.

If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange a product you purchased, you will need to email us at info@opticone.ae along with the invoice, the details of the product you wish to exchange, and the weblink/product SKU of the product you wish to exchange it for.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your exchange. Once the returned items are approved for an exchange we will dispatch the items that you have selected as an exchange or notify the branch you selected to have the item ready for you to collect.

If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

Please note, if the price of the exchanged item is less than the price of the originally purchased item, we will not be able to refund the balance amount.

Please note that we offer only one time Product Exchange.

Sale items (if applicable)

Once purchased, Items on clearance sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. AED 99 Frames & Sunglasses cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased. Items on promotion or offers cannot be refunded but can be exchanged.

Shipping

Items for refund or return will be required to be dropped off at our physical store at Abu Dhabi , or to be send via courier by you for inspection and processing. Direct pick-up from home is not currently available.
