Delivery / Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and inform you about the tentative delivery time it might take. If you are willing to wait, we will process the order , and if you are not, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Location
We ship across the entire UAE and most of the international destinations.
Delivery Time
Frames, sunglasses and accessories may be delivered on next business day in most cases.Contact lenses will be delivered in 2-3 days in UAE based on the availability. In some cases, we may have to process a special order for some contact lenses. Special orders need to be processed when the lenses are out of stock with the suppliers. In those cases, we will inform you first and get your consent before processing with the special order.
For international locations , delivery time may vary from 4-7 days.
Prescription lens orders usually take 3-5 days for delivery.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Charges
Domestic UAE Charges
- AED 15 for orders valued between AED 0–100
- AED 10 for orders valued between AED 101–200
- Free delivery for orders above AED 200
International Delivery
- For international orders, shipping charges may vary from AED 70–200 depending on the destination country. Additional charges such as VAT and last-mile fees may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Liquids are prohibited in international couriers. So we will not be able to ship contact lens solutions including free solutions for international orders.
Shipping Policy for Partial Orders
At Optic One, we strive to ensure that all items in your order are shipped together. However, if any of the products in your order (whether multiple products or multiple quantities of the same product) are temporarily unavailable at the time of fulfillment, you will be notified.
You will have the option to:
1️⃣ Wait for all items to be available so your order can be shipped together at no additional shipping cost.
2️⃣ Request a partial shipment of the available items. In this case:
- The shipping fee you paid at checkout (if any) will cover the first shipment only. Any additional shipments for the remaining items will require an extra shipping fee, which the customer will be responsible for.
- If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but the value of the partial shipment falls below the minimum threshold for free shipping, the corresponding shipping fee will apply to that partial shipment.
COD
We like to give our customers the flexibility and comfort of paying cash on delivery. We charge a small handling fee of AED 5 for COD orders. COD is not available for international orders.
