Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days for frames and sunglasses, and within 4 days for contact lenses (unopened). Conditions apply.

Is return shipping free?

Yes — we offer free return shipping if you receive a defective product or if we send a prescription lens that does not match your order.

Note: Final Clearance Sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.


For all other eligible returns (such as a change of mind or incorrect order placed), a return & handling fee of AED 30 will be applied to help cover return shipping and handling.

Are prescription lenses returnable?

No. Since they are custom-made, prescription lenses are not returnable. If there’s a defect or mistake, we’ll gladly fix it.

Can I return international orders?

Unfortunately, no. Returns are currently only accepted within the UAE.

Return and Exchange Timeframe

  • Frames & Sunglasses: You have up to 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Contact Lenses: Returns accepted within 4 days if outer box is unopened, unused, and undamaged. If a wrong item is received , do not open the box. Contact us immediately.

Return Shipping Policy

We offer free return shipping only in cases where the product delivered is incorrect or defective. For all other valid returns (such as change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer), a flat fee of AED 30 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling charges.

Product Condition for Returns and Exchanges

Returned items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories.

  • Eyewear must be unused, show no scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
  • Contact lenses: if our mistake, we cover the return. If ordered incorrectly by customer, return shipping is at your cost. Opened or damaged boxes are not accepted. Color variation is not considered a defect.

Returns Are Not Accepted If:

  • Item is marked as “non-returnable ” or “Final Sale” on the product page.
  • Applies to:
    • Prescription lenses
    • Ready-made readers
    • Accessories
    • Contact lens solutions
    • Special-order contact lenses
    • Prescription Swim Goggles
    • Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 Free or any other combo offer
    • Custom-made lenses approved via WhatsApp or email
  • Spare parts or purchases made using store credit
  • Customized prescription eyewear confirmed over messages
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Orders where model/specs were confirmed or requested by customer prior to purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please submit the Return Request Form.

Refund Processing

After we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds will go to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit. Cash refunds or bank transfers are not available. Allow up to 5–12 business days depending on your bank.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for items of equal value. If you choose a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the difference. No refund is provided for exchanges to lower-priced items. Return-Exchange fees are applicable.

Notes

  • Purchases made after physically trying the Product: Not eligible for return. In case of defects or prescription errors, we will exchange the product.
  • Frames with Free Lenses: If returning such a bundle, AED 100 will be deducted from the refund to cover lens cost.
  • Prescription Lenses: Cannot be refunded. Exchanges allowed only for prescription or manufacturing errors.
  • International Orders: Not eligible for returns. Failed delivery due to customer inaction will result in refund minus courier and clearance fees.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
