Buying eyeglasses isn’t just about vision; it’s about how they fit, feel, and flatter your face. Online images can show design and color, but they can’t replicate the experience of wearing them. The “Try Now” option bridges this gap, allowing you to experience the comfort, style, and fit of the eyeglasses in the real world. It ensures that the pair you finally choose isn’t just a good look on screen, but a perfect fit in life
How does it work?
- Select Your Favorites: Choose 3-5 styles or products that catch your eye & order them using the “Try Now for 0 AED ” button.
- No Immediate Charges: Order these products with no upfront charges.
- Home Trial: The products will be delivered to your home. You have a 3-day trial period to try them out, mix and match with your outfits, and see which ones you love.
- Decide & Keep: If you decide to keep any of the products, just retain them with you. Once the trial period of three days concludes, your card will automatically be charged only for the items you’ve kept.
- Easy Returns: For any product that you decide not to keep, simply initiate a return with the click of a button from your Strabl dashboard. There’s no hassle or complex procedures.
In essence, “Try Now” means you get the freedom to experience and evaluate products in your own space, with zero commitment to purchase unless you truly love them!

Why are my card details needed?
Card details are collected to provide a seamless experience of the service. Your cards will not be charged at the time of checkout.
How many products can I order at a time?
Although there is no limit, we recommend to keep the product count 2-5.
How many day do I have to make a decision?
We know making an informed decision takes time, which is why we allow up to 3 days for you to take decision.
What do I pay and when?
You’re only charged for the eyeglasses you decide to keep. Rest assured, there are absolutely no hidden costs or fees. After three days, any unreturned items will result in your card being automatically charged, ensuring a hassle-free process for you
How will I return the product ?
After checking out, you’ll receive an email containing a link to your STRABL dashboard. Simply click on the link to access the dashboard. Once there, all you need to do is hit the return button, and we’ll take care of the rest.
When does the trial period /duration start?
As soon as you receive your order ! This way, you get to fully experience the product before deciding to pay.
Do we have a COD option for try?
For a seamless experience, we require card payments. We support all major credit and debit cards.
What if I fail to return the product within the time period ?
If you have decided to keep the item, there’s nothing else you need to worry about. Your payment will be processed automatically after the time period expires. We believe three days provides ample time to make an informed decision. We kindly request that you respect this time frame if you intend to return the product. After the trial period, we assume you’re satisfied with your choice and, consequently, returns will no longer be accepted.
Some products I liked don’t have the option to Try. What can I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. While we strive to make as many of our products available for the “Try Now” service, there are certain items that might be excluded. This could be due to various reasons such as limited stock, exclusivity, or specific brand restrictions. However, You may reach out to our support team in this case, and we might be able to provide more information or offer alternative suggestions.
Is there a shipping fee?
There will be a small shipping charge of AED 14.
What should I do if the product doesn’t meet my expectations?
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return through your Strabl dashboard. Simply access it via the link provided in your order confirmation email and select the return option within the 3-day trial period. Our courier will arrange the collection of the item. Please note that a return fee of Dhs 14 will be applied and deducted from your refund.
